[Remote] Technical Program Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BayOne Solutions is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for a technology program supporting payments and financial services. The role will lead complex, cross-functional technology programs and requires strong software engineering expertise, experience with large-scale multi-team programs, and executive stakeholder management skills.

Skills

• 10+ years of Technical Program/Program Management experience
• Strong software engineering/technical acumen
• Proven experience with Payments, FinTech, or Financial Services
• Experience with system architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, and software development
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-team programs
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with AI/GenAI tools is highly preferred
• Jira, Confluence, Airtable, Tableau/Looker/Power BI experience is a plus
