[Remote] Technical Program Manager

The Technical Program Manager will support and enhance the Siemens Teamcenter and NX environment by managing operational support, coordinating new functionality delivery, and partnering with business and technical teams to drive system improvements.
Responsibilities
- Manage the operational health of the Teamcenter/PLM environment, including monitoring high-priority incidents, bug backlogs, and SLA performance
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand current processes, gather requirements, define scope, and prioritize enhancements
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical documentation for developers, architects, and delivery teams
- Coordinate the delivery of new features and system enhancements from planning through implementation
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution across cross-functional teams
- Ensure successful collaboration between business users, engineering, architecture, and support teams
Skills
- US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S
- Experience managing enterprise application development or enhancement projects as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Project Manager, or similar role
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings, gathering requirements, and documenting functional and technical specifications
- Proven ability to manage operational support alongside project delivery in a production environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional coordination skills
- Experience with Siemens Teamcenter or other PLM platforms
- Scrum Master experience or certification is a plus
