[Remote] Technical Program Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tenarai is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead an end-to-end contact center modernization initiative. The role will manage the migration of legacy systems to AWS Connect, integrate Salesforce, coordinate cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and ensure seamless delivery.

• Familiarity with AWS Connect architecture, call routing workflows, and Salesforce (Service Cloud/CRM) integration points
