[Remote] Technical Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Integrated Resources, Inc. (IRI) is seeking a Senior Omnichannel Technical Program Manager to lead complex technology initiatives across the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. The role manages programs from planning through launch and stabilization, coordinating data, web, CRM, MarTech, analytics, customer engagement platforms, and external vendors.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical programs from requirements and planning through deployment and post-launch support
- Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and deliverables
- Coordinate across Data Management, Web, CRM, MarTech, Analytics, Privacy, Security, and vendors
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements
- Manage JIRA and Confluence for requirements, tasks, documentation, risks, and project status
- Coordinate Agile epics, stories, tasks, acceptance criteria, testing, defect resolution, and releases
- Manage pilot/MVP planning, rollout, adoption, cutover, and hypercare
- Identify integration, data, resource, and timeline risks and drive resolution
- Provide clear status updates and executive-level communication
- Ensure smooth transition from project delivery to ongoing operations
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, or related field
- 8+ years of technical project/program management experience
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional technology programs involving multiple systems and teams
- Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, data flows, CRM, customer data, MarTech, and cloud platforms
- Strong experience with JIRA, Confluence, Agile delivery, project planning, testing, and release management
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
- Strong organizational, facilitation, risk management, and stakeholder management skills
- Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or other regulated-industry experience
- Experience with Veeva CRM, Salesforce, marketing technology, and omnichannel platforms
- Knowledge of privacy, consent, security, and promotional review processes
- PMP, Scrum, or similar certification
