- Databricks / Data Engineering experience

- JIRA / Azure DevOps
- Strong stakeholder & executive communication
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- PMP / CSM / CSPO / PSPO
- Insurance or financial services experience
