[Remote] Technical Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Panther Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Technical Project Manager to support a major enterprise initiative. The role will assist with a large-scale Zscaler network modernization project while providing project coordination, Jira workflow management, stakeholder communication, meeting coordination, and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Program Manager to support planning and execution of a large enterprise infrastructure modernization initiative
- Assist in tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables (Jira, Jira Align)
- Coordinate across technical teams including infrastructure, networking, security, and related functions
- Prepare status updates, dashboards, and executive-ready reporting
- Ensure timelines and action items are clearly documented and followed through
- Set up and maintain project workflows in Jira (boards, tickets, tracking, reporting)
- Manage communications across stakeholders and project teams
- Drive meeting cadence (scheduling, agendas, notes, follow-ups)
- Maintain documentation repositories and ensure version control
- Ensure strong project structure, organization, and accountability across workstreams
Skills
- 2–3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Jira for project tracking and workflow management
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a highly structured, deadline-driven environment
- Prior experience supporting enterprise network projects (cloud migration, data center modernization, networking, security, etc.)
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
- Familiarity with formal project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
