[Remote] Technical Project Manager

The Technical Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of customer and partner integrations, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely, in-scope, high-quality implementations and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
- The Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of new and existing customer and partner integrations
- This role manages cross-functional technical projects from kickoff through implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with a high level of quality
- This individual will work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and external partners to drive successful integration outcomes while continuously improving implementation processes
Skills
- 2+ years of Technical Project Management, Product Management, Solutions Engineering, or Implementation experience
- Strong understanding of REST APIs
- Experience with webhooks
- Understanding of OAuth, API keys, and authentication
- Experience working with JSON, XML, CSV, and SFTP integrations
- Ability to read API documentation and discuss technical solutions with engineers
- Experience creating data mapping documents
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Healthcare technology experience
- Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) integrations
- Experience working with enterprise SaaS products
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies
- SQL or basic database knowledge
