[Remote] Technical Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ECS is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead predictable technical delivery and build trusted customer relationships. The role manages cross-functional initiatives across application development, data and AI, cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, and operations from discovery through operational transition, while driving planning, accountability, risk management, and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-lifecycle technical delivery from discovery and design through build, release, and operational transition
- Translate business, customer, and mission objectives into roadmaps, integrated plans, prioritized backlogs, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes
- Partner with technical leaders to understand architecture, dependencies, and tradeoffs; drive decisions that balance speed, quality, security, and reliability
- Build and redirect cross-functional teams quickly by clarifying roles, priorities, operating cadences, ownership, and accountability
- Own scope, schedule, resources, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and change control; escalate early with data-driven options and recommendations
- Remove blockers, resolve ambiguity and conflict, and build consensus across customers, users, executives, and delivery teams
- Maintain delivery visibility through Jira and Confluence, dashboards, KPIs, and forecasts; communicate decisions, status, risks, and outcomes to technical and executive audiences
- Engage customers and users through discovery, demonstrations, feedback loops, release readiness, adoption, and value realization
- Raise the delivery bar by coaching teams, developing people, running retrospectives, standardizing reusable practices, and improving predictability, quality, and customer value
