[Remote] Technical Project Manager (Back-End Development)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Creative Circle is an agency seeking a Technical Project Manager (Back-End Development) to lead the rebuild of a legacy application. The role involves managing client relationships, driving project execution, and collaborating closely with developers throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead a client-facing application modernization project
- Help define project requirements and develop a formal SOW
- Facilitate meetings, daily standups, and project planning
- Create, assign, and manage project tasks and priorities
- Coordinate between client stakeholders and internal development teams
- Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and keep projects on track
Skills
- Proven experience managing software development projects from planning through delivery
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills - Must be able to speak to this
- Experience working with: TypeScript, Node.js, PHP, MySQL, Docker, SSH, Git
- Ability to work within React-based applications
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable leading technical discussions
- Full-stack development background
- Experience with application rebuilds, migrations, or modernization initiatives
