[Remote] Technical Project Manager, Client Systems
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. InAir is a fully remote consulting firm specializing in Airtable consulting services for mid-sized to large enterprises. The Technical Project Manager will own client projects from discovery through delivery while managing client relationships, project execution, and hands-on Airtable configuration. The role also involves improving existing client systems and coordinating with an Engineer on custom code.
Responsibilities
- Own the client: Be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients. Lead discovery, manage expectations, and turn business goals into concrete requirements
- Run the project: Own scope, priorities, and timelines. Coordinate day-to-day execution with our Engineer and keep momentum consistent across accounts
- Build in Airtable: Configure tables, automations, and interfaces yourself. You're not writing code, but you are building the system
- Make systems better: Review existing client implementations and improve their structure, usability, and scalability
Skills
- Experience running client-facing or cross-functional projects where you also built or configured the solution — not just tracked tickets
- You've mastered tools like Airtable, Notion, Asana, HubSpot, Zapier, or similar — deeply enough to design processes in them, not just use them
- You get how tables relate to each other and why clean structure keeps a growing system from breaking. Formal database training is a plus rather than a prerequisite
- You can lead a meeting with executives and translate between business and technical worlds
- You own outcomes across multiple projects at once and don't wait to be told what's next
- Full-time (40 hours/week), fully remote. This is a core client-facing role: you'll need stable, dedicated availability aligned with US business hours
- Airtable experience (a big plus — but we'll train the right builder)
- Background in consulting, agencies, RevOps, or operations
- Familiarity with the low-code/no-code ecosystem
- Experience with ClickUp
Benefits
- Fully remote work arrangement
- Training for the right builder
