[Remote] Technical Project/Program Management - Technical Program Manager I
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Alpha Consulting Corp. is seeking a Technical Program Manager I to define, implement, and deliver complex programs requiring cross-functional collaboration and coordination across multiple projects. The role oversees scope, requirements, teams, agile delivery ceremonies, and delivery across AI/automation and enterprise support tooling platforms while maintaining scope, quality, time, and budget constraints.
Responsibilities
- Deliver programs within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and budget
- Manage a group or groups of internal exempt and matrixed employees and contractors
- Oversight of project scope definition and management, requirements gathering, and documentation
- Facilitate agile squad ceremonies to maintain delivery cadence across concurrent workstreams
- Coordinate delivery across AI/automation and enterprise support tooling platforms
Skills
- Project estimating, project scheduling & tracking, customer interaction, and management
- Implementation planning in large organizations
- Proven people management and team-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible/adaptable in a changing environment
- Prior work experience in the client's industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Experience with software development lifecycle
- Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment
- Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions
