[Remote] Technical Project/Program Manager - AdTech & Media

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. pureIntegration is a digital engineering, consulting, and professional services firm serving media, entertainment, and connectivity companies through its Advertising Technology practice. The Technical Project/Program Manager will drive the planning, execution, and closure of technical and IT projects, managing requirements, sprints, backlogs, dependencies, risks, and collaboration with engineering, QA, offshore, and client development teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily operational execution of technical projects, with a focus on requirements clarity, story management, and backlog grooming
• Support lean, efficient sprint management through daily standups, prioritization, and milestone tracking—particularly with offshore teams in varied time zones
• Translate high-level business requirements into clear, detailed user stories and tasks in Trello
• Maintain up-to-date sprint boards, proactively flagging blockers or dependencies to the Program Manager
• Collaborate closely with engineering and QA leads to ensure work is technically feasible, scoped appropriately, and aligned with release goals
• Monitor sprint performance and velocity, and support continuous improvement through retrospectives and agile best practices
• Work closely with the client’s development team to align on timelines, milestones, and technical dependencies, ensuring joint execution stays on track
• Provide timely reporting on sprint progress, completion rates, and risks to internal leadership

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of technical project/product management experience in software development environments
• Strong experience managing sprints and backlogs using Trello (or similar lightweight tools)
• Comfortable working with offshore engineering teams; experience managing across time zones is a plus
• Ability to write, manage, and prioritize detailed user stories and technical requirements
• Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies and how to apply them in real-world team settings
• Excellent organizational and task management skills with a strong bias for execution and follow-through
• Technical fluency—you don't need to code, but you should be able to understand developer conversations and system dependencies
• Experience in the Cable or Ad Tech industries is required
