[Remote] Technical Talent Advisor (Engineering/Software/Hardware)

The Technical Talent Advisor will lead sourcing and recruitment initiatives across engineering, software, and hardware disciplines, while developing effective sourcing processes, engaging candidates, and collaborating with clients and recruiters.
Responsibilities
- Managing sourcing efforts across multiple disciplines
- Maintaining a consultative approach to candidate engagement and retention
- Building strong relationships between candidates, clients, and recruiters
- Participating in intake calls and requisition reviews
- Creating and marketing compelling job postings
- Utilizing candidate assessment and selection techniques
- Collaborating on sourcing frameworks and executing various sourcing strategies
Skills
- 7+ years as a dedicated/designated full cycle Recruiter
- At least 3 years of experience of Engineering & software development sourcing experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Strong industry knowledge and expert-level compliance knowledge
- 1+ years of experience with hardware development Ing sourcing experience
- A strong grasp of candidate source and channel analytics
- Able to source strategically and think outside of the box in terms of ways to reach they candidates outside of our sourcing tools
- Deep understanding of diversity recruitment concepts
- Proficiency in SEO, keywords, social tools, and the Google Suite (Mail, Calendaring, and Shared Drives)
- Ability to connect and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Bachelor's degree preferred
