[Remote] Technical Writer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. XChange Software Inc is seeking a hands-on Technical Writer to create developer-focused technical content, live demonstration assets, and interactive learning experiences. The role bridges engineering and user enablement by developing sample code, lab guides, technical documentation, and interactive lab environments.
Responsibilities
- Lab Environment & Content Development: Design, build, test, and publish interactive, hands-on learning modules using Qwiklabs and Codelabs
- Live Demos & Asset Authoring: Write functional sample code, demo scripts, and architecture blueprints for live technical demonstrations, field enablement, and developer events
- Technical Writing & Documentation: Produce clear, step-by-step developer tutorials, API guides, standard operating procedures, and technical documentation
- Automated Validation: Write setup scripts, cleanup routines, and automated assessment/scoring scripts to validate user progress within Qwiklabs
