[Remote] Telecom Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hudson Automotive Group is seeking a Telecom Analyst to manage and optimize its telecommunication systems, including traditional and AI-based platforms. The role focuses on phone system upgrades, ISP performance, consolidated communications infrastructure, and general telephony support.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize the organization’s telecommunication systems, including traditional and AI-based platforms
- Ensure a seamless communication infrastructure by managing phone upgrades to a consolidated platform, optimizing ISP performance, and supporting general telephony requests
Skills
- Candidates MUST reside in one of the following states: NC, SC, GA, FL, TN, OH, LA, AL, or KY
- Track record of leading and coordinating phone system upgrades and migrations to a unified, consolidated platform
- Proven experience overseeing configuration, routing, and provisioning of telephony systems including faxing and paging technologies
- Must be self-motivated, extremely organized, task and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and vendor management skills
- Must be flexible in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience managing telecommunication systems, VoIP platforms, or related technologies
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, ISP performance metrics, and telecom infrastructure
- Proficiency in call analytics tools and reporting systems
- Familiarity with platforms such as Cisco, Avaya, RingCentral, or Microsoft Teams Voice
- Knowledge of SIP, PBX, VoIP, and cloud telephony systems
- Experience with automation or AI platforms for customer interaction
- Experience with AI-based call management or IVR systems preferred
