[Remote] TEMPORARY Case Processing Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HeiTech Services, LLC is seeking a temporary Case Processing Analyst to process employer applications for government programs in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. The role evaluates applications, prepares correspondence and recommendations, and tracks case activity while maintaining accuracy and productivity in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate employer applications against federal regulations, policies, and legal guidelines
- Draft and submit accurate and analytically sound correspondence, case findings, and recommendations for government review
- Track, document, and update case activity throughout the adjudication lifecycle
- Consistently produce accurate, high-quality work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Skills
- Remote - MUST live within commuting distance of Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL or Washington, DC
- Must possess (or be able to obtain) a Federal public trust clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of work experience that demonstrates analytical and communication skills
- 7 years of work experience that demonstrates analytical and communication skills
