[Remote] TLC Program Manager

CommonSpirit Health is one of the nation’s largest nonprofit Catholic healthcare organizations, providing integrated health services through hospitals, clinics, home-based services, and virtual care. The Talent, Learning and Capabilities Program Manager designs, implements, and evaluates learning and leadership development programs, engages stakeholders, and uses data to build leadership capability and align talent development with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Program Design and Development: Assess and identify learning and development needs and solutions for specific executive or leadership roles
- Design leadership development programs
- Develop program curriculum, content, tools and processes to build leadership capability in alignment with organizational business objectives
- Research and recommend leadership development best practices, instructional resources and technologies to support teaching and learning
- Program Delivery and Evaluation
- Deliver best in class learning and leadership development experiences aligned with best practices to drive successful learning experiences
Skills
- Bachelors Other
- 3-5 years of experience in relevant work
- Masters Of Arts Master's Preferred in Education, Leadership Development, OD Development, IOPsych, or similar
