Key Responsibilities

- Manage bookings, payments, and confirmations with accuracy
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using online booking systems and digital tools (training provided)
- Detail-oriented with a passion for travel and helping others
- Prior customer service or travel experience is a plus, but not required
