Remote Travel Booking Agent
We are seeking organized and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Remote Travel Booking Agent. In this role, you will assist clients with researching and booking travel arrangements, helping them plan vacations that fit their interests, preferences, and schedules. Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with researching and booking travel such as cruises, vacation packages, hotels, and tours
- Provide helpful information about destinations, travel options, and available promotions
- Coordinate travel reservations through approved travel suppliers
- Communicate with clients to confirm travel details and answer questions
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communications
- Stay updated on travel supplier policies, promotions, and destination information
- Provide support to clients before and after their travel when needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working with email, online platforms, and basic computer tools
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Interest in travel and helping others plan trips
- Previous customer service or travel experience is helpful but not required
