Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients to learn about their travel preferences, interests, and budgets Plan and organize customized travel experiences, including flights, accommodations, excursions, and dining Handle bookings, reservation changes, and cancellations with accuracy and attention to detail Offer recommendations on destinations, travel options, and available promotions Assist clients throughout the entire travel process, from the initial planning stages to their return home Keep up with industry trends, supplier updates, and new travel opportunities

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks Ability to work independently in a remote environment Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new tools and platforms (training provided) Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required
