Consult with families about their dates, budget, children's ages, interests, and accommodation needs. Research family-friendly resorts, cruises, hotels, attractions, and vacation packages. Compare room layouts, connecting-room options, dining plans, kids' programs, and included activities. Identify transportation needs between airports, hotels, ports, and attractions. Prepare organized vacation options that address the family's priorities. Explain important differences between destinations and properties. Assist clients with reservation procedures and confirmation reviews. Verify traveler names, ages, dates, room categories, and booking details. Track deposits, payment deadlines, documentation, and reservation requirements. Provide preparation reminders and destination information. Maintain organized and confidential client records. Communicate relevant schedule or reservation changes. Follow up with families before and after their vacations. Participate in training and continued professional education. Build repeat business and referrals through attentive client service. Job Requirements Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Applicants must reside in the United States or Mexico.
