[Remote] TULA Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Easterseals PORT Health provides disability, mental health, and substance use services to individuals, families, and communities. The Program Manager leads the day-to-day operations and growth of the TULA program, supervises Program Specialists, ensures service quality and contractual compliance, and supports program planning, community engagement, marketing, events, and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Provides effective administrative supervision and oversight of the TULA Program Specialists in to ensure high quality customer experience with TULA
- Ensures TULA program operates in accordance to the SOW established between Trillium Health Resources and Easterseals PORT Health
- Collaborates with the Program Director to establish an annual, detailed project plan related to the deployment of TULA devices throughout the Trillium catchment counties
Skills
- Graduation from a four-year college or university with a degree in Human Services or closely related field
- 1-3 years of experience working in field of Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, Autism, Care Management, and I-option services
- Three to five years of supervisor or leadership experience
- Ability to commute between Greensboro, Wilmington, Greenville, Ahoskie, and surrounding areas as needed
- Advanced skills with Microsoft office, Smartsheet
