The role leads market expansion across the Ohio Valley, manages the project pipeline, and builds local dealer and distributor networks.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with Architects, General Contractors, Developers, and Distributors to drive product specification and sales conversions
- Proactively manage the project pipeline from design through construction
- Build and support local dealer and distributor networks to ensure market coverage
Skills
- 3 to 7+ years of B2B sales experience in building materials, exterior cladding, facade systems, roofing, or related architectural products
- Proven track record of cold calling, pipeline management, and client relationship building with AEC professionals
- Self-motivated, accountable, and eager to step up into higher territory responsibility
