Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. DesignMeshAI is seeking a User Interface Designer to evaluate the performance of AI systems in digital product design. The role involves defining grading criteria, scoring AI-generated and human work samples, providing rigorous justifications, and incorporating reviewer feedback to improve AI training and enhancement.
Responsibilities
- Design precise, task-specific grading criteria for digital product and UX deliverables
- Score AI-generated and human work samples with detailed written justifications
- Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment for reproducible and defensible scores
- Incorporate feedback from senior reviewers and iterate quickly
Skills
- Have strong relevant experience in product design, UI/UX, or design systems
- Background at leading digital-product and UX studios or in-house product-design teams
- Experience in Product/UI/Design Systems Design, UX Lead, or digital Product/Business Analysis
- Deep fluency in interaction and visual design, design systems, and prototyping in Figma
- Exceptionally strong written communication skills for explaining work evaluations
