[Remote] UX Research Program Manager

The UX Research Program Manager will support user experience research or design operations by managing competing priorities, coordinating resources, maintaining accuracy, and using research management and productivity tools.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience working in a similar capacity
- Prior experience working with User Experience Research or Design Operations
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Track record of being detail-oriented, willing to wear multiple hats, demonstrating creativity, identifying areas for improvement and delivering results in a highly organized manner
- Experience in problem-solving and resourcefulness with a detail-oriented approach and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace tools (spreadsheets, calendaring, presentation, word processing)
- 5+ years of experience working in a similar capacity
- Prior experience working with User Experience Research or Design Operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills
- Experience in the technology industry
- Proficiency with research management tools and platforms
- Background in user experience (UX) research or human-centered design
- Proficiency with research management tools and platforms - Exp with RALLY PLATFORM for example; At least basic understanding of these tools or the usage
- Background in user experience (UX) research or human-centered design
