[Remote] Workday Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a Workday Program Manager to coordinate complex projects and initiatives involving enterprise Workday implementations across HR and Finance. The role manages deliverables, project schedules, resources, executive stakeholders, and team development in a matrixed environment.
Responsibilities
- Must have experience managing Workday implementations specifically with HR and Finance including executive stakeholder management
- Serve as technical coordination point for projects and initiatives of high complexity and may lead multiple projects concurrently
- Accountable for ensuring that deliverables from business and technology partners are produced and approved according to multiple project schedules
- Accountable for managing allocated resources from multiple delivery partners while working within approved hours and scope
- Mentors and provides feedback to team members to create a highly functioning team in a heavily matrixed environment
Skills
- Must have experience managing Workday implementations specifically with HR and Finance including executive stakeholder management
- - Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- - 5+ years of experience in related field
- - In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field
- 7+ years as a Program Manager
- Current experience managing enterprise workday implementations (HR and Finance)
