[Remote] Workday Solutions Architect (Consultant)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ledgebrook is an InsurTech managing general agency focused on modernizing specialty insurance through innovative technology. The company is seeking a Workday Financial Functional Consultant to configure Workday Financial modules, design financial business processes, support testing and deployment, and provide ongoing system enhancements and stakeholder support.
Responsibilities
- Lead functional configuration of Workday Financial modules
- Gather and analyze business requirements from finance stakeholders
- Design and implement end-to-end financial business processes
- Support UAT, testing, and production deployment
- Provide post-go-live support and system enhancements
- Partner with finance teams for process improvements and optimization
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting standards
Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in most or all of the following modules:
- Banking and Settlement
- Budgets
- Business Asset Accounting
- Business Asset Tracking
- Cash Management
- Common Financial Management
- Financial Accounting
- Miscellaneous Payments
- Organizations and Roles
- Supplier Accounts
- Suppliers
- Strong understanding of Workday Financials
- Experience in configuration, business process setup, and functional design
- Solid knowledge of finance operations and accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)
- Experience in Workday reporting (Basic & Advanced reports)
- Ability to work closely with business users and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

- Workday Financials certification (Functional)
- Experience in end-to-end implementation or support projects
- Exposure to multi-entity / multi-currency environments
