[Remote] Workforce Operations Analyst

The role focuses on preparing workforce reports, reviewing capacity and coverage, analyzing staffing trends, maintaining metric documentation, and investigating unexpected reporting results.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring workforce reports using approved staffing, schedule, and workload data
• Review capacity, coverage, and scheduling information for significant gaps or inconsistencies
• Analyze trends in workload and staffing measures and document material changes
• Maintain definitions and calculation notes for recurring workforce metrics
• Support planning discussions with clear summaries of available data and known limitations
• Investigate unexpected results before they are included in final reporting

Skills

• Working knowledge of Workforce Operations, Reporting, and Scheduling Analysis
• Ability to apply Excel and Process Improvement accurately in assigned work
• Strong written communication, documentation, and attention to detail
• Ability to organize priorities, follow defined procedures, and raise questions when source information is unclear
• Comfort working independently and collaborating through shared digital tools in a remote environment
