Research Coordinator

We are looking for a Research Coordinator to become an integral part of our recruiting team. You will work closely alongside experienced recruiters, contribute directly to active searches, interact with candidates and clients, and see the impact of your work every day. What You'll Do:
- Build, organize, and coordinate candidate pipelines across multiple active searches..
- Source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, our ATS, job boards, professional networks, referrals, direct outreach, and other research tools..
- Conduct market and talent research to identify companies, industries, candidate pools, and potential recruiting targets..
- Review candidate backgrounds and provide concise, thoughtful summaries of experience and potential role fit..
- Support candidate outreach, follow-up, scheduling, notes, and other activities necessary to keep searches moving forward..
- Maintain accurate and timely information within our ATS and internal systems..
- Partner closely with recruiters to prioritize searches, identify gaps, and respond quickly as client needs evolve..
- Learn assigned client accounts, industries, and talent markets in order to become a knowledgeable and valuable member of the search team..
- Participate in client meetings and occasional client visits, gaining exposure to senior-level relationships and business conversations..
- Identify potential opportunities within existing accounts and share insights with account leaders..
- Use technology and AI tools thoughtfully to improve research, sourcing, communication, and workflow efficiency..

Nice to Have:
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, ATS platforms, or candidate databases..
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve research, sourcing, outreach, or workflow efficiency..
- Bachelor's degree preferred..

- Ability to attend in-person client meetings, team meetings, and client visits as needed..
