Resupply Specialist
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Review and process orders for respiratory resupply
- Perform outreach to patients when needed to verify ordered items, insurance coverage, estimated coinsurance, etc.
- Assist with document verification and validation for resupply patients
- Verify insurance coverage and benefits and document patient cost when requested
- Work with other members of the team to ensure that all tasks are completed by end of day
- Maintain procedure manuals to ensure that our patients receive correct care and support
- Manage workflow queues from SNAP resupply system and ensure that follow up is completed by other departments and team members.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Microsoft office experience, preferred
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Handling phone calls
- Patient support
- Insurance verification
