The role involves reviewing and improving simulated retail scenarios, operational workflows, and written content so that AI outputs reflect authentic retail practices, standards, and compliance requirements. The position is open to professionals across retail-related subdomains, including pharmacy operations, retail supervision, general management, and private investigation in retail. No prior AI experience is required; domain expertise is the focus.
Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and provide feedback on simulated retail scenarios and operational workflows to ensure authenticity and accuracy.
- Contribute insights on best practices, industry standards, and compliance requirements across retail trade subdomains.
- Create, evaluate, and refine written content related to retail operations, sales processes, and customer service interactions.
- Assess and validate the logical consistency of retail problem-solving methods and decision-making processes.
- Participate in structured discussions to clarify terminology, operational nuances, and context-specific challenges within the retail environment.
- Deliver actionable recommendations for improving AI outputs based on real-world retail expertise.
- Collaborate remotely using strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear, effective knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in retail trade, operations, or relevant subdomains.
- Ability to clearly explain complex operational processes and scenarios in written and verbal formats.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when reviewing and validating workflows, procedures, and case studies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
