  • Verify records for completeness and accuracy, identifying missing or incomplete documentation and requesting additional information as needed.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of protected health information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA and applicable privacy requirements.

What You Bring to the Table

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in medical records, release of information (ROI), healthcare administration, medical billing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to follow up professionally with healthcare providers.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic document management systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and work independently in a remote environment.

Why Join Us?

  • Flexible Work Style: Work from anywhere within the United States while making a tangible difference in healthcare.
