As we expand our presence into the Florida Panhandle, we're looking to partner with an experienced, motivated roofing sales professional who can help establish and grow our business in the Pensacola market. Position Overview We are seeking an independent roofing sales representative to develop new residential and commercial roofing opportunities throughout Pensacola and the surrounding Florida Panhandle. This opportunity is ideal for a self-driven professional with local market knowledge, established relationships, and the ability to independently generate and manage sales opportunities. We're looking for someone who values relationship-building over high-pressure sales tactics and wants to help establish a reputable, long-term presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new residential and commercial roofing opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship development. Establish relationships with homeowners, property managers, HOA/condominium associations, real estate professionals, and commercial property owners. Identify opportunities for roof replacements, repairs, and preventative maintenance agreements. Coordinate inspections, estimates, and proposals with Black Flag Roofing's ownership and operations team. Run company supplied sales lead opportunities Present roofing solutions and proposals to prospective customers. Manage customer relationships and follow up on outstanding proposals. Develop a consistent pipeline of new business throughout the Pensacola and surrounding markets. Maintain accurate sales records and customer information. Represent Black Flag Roofing professionally while helping build our reputation in the Florida Panhandle.
Qualifications
Previous roofing, construction, restoration, or exterior sales experience preferred. Familiarity with the Pensacola and Florida Panhandle markets. Established local relationships and referral networks are a strong plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to independently generate leads and manage a sales pipeline. Understanding of residential and commercial roofing systems preferred. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the surrounding service area. Self-motivated, professional, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
