Compensation is 100% commission, with no base salary. We are hiring five independent sales contractors. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY QualiFlow AI is seeking independent sales representatives to introduce our software to automotive dealerships and manage sales conversations from prospecting through close. QualiFlow helps dealerships respond to leads, qualify and follow up with prospects, book appointments, recover missed opportunities, and keep customer activity updated in the CRM. You will work with dealership owners, general managers and BDC leaders, demonstrate QualiFlow, and help prospective customers understand how the product supports their dealership's workflow. WHAT YOU WILL DO Prospect dealership owners, general managers and BDC leaders. Understand each dealership's lead-response, follow-up and customer-management needs. Demonstrate QualiFlow and explain its relevant capabilities clearly. Manage sales conversations, follow-up and next steps through close. Keep accurate activity and opportunity records in the sales CRM. Hand off closed customers to our customer success manager. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Sales experience involving software, dealership technology, CRM, BDC or automotive marketing services. Confidence in prospecting, software demonstrations and sales conversations. Familiarity with dealership owners, general managers or BDC leaders. Organized follow-up and accurate CRM records. Comfort working in an independent sales role with commission-only compensation. COMPENSATION This is a remote U.S. independent sales contractor opportunity with 100% commission and no base salary. Commission is based on eligible subscription revenue actually collected from the customer. Standard commission rates Smart Flow: 15%. Ultra Flow: 18%. Scale Flow: 18% by default, up to 20% with approval. Three-month launch incentive rates: Smart Flow: 20%. Ultra Flow: 25%. Scale Flow: 30%. Annual plans add 5 percentage points at standard rates and 10 percentage points during the launch incentive. Commission is paid on the first two collected monthly payments, or once on the initial collected quarterly or annual invoice. A representative who sources and closes a deal receives 100% of the sales commission. When the source and closer are different people, the sales commission is split 40% to the source and 60% to the closer. Fixed onboarding sales payouts, where applicable, are separate and described in the written compensation plan.
