Sales Account Manager
We are looking for a motivated Sales Account Manager who wants to reinforce the Italian sales force for retail Eurocryor Brand, launching a career in Sales in Epta!
Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies in the assigned customer portfolio
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Negotiate and close agreements with customers
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Analyze sales results and forecasts on a monthly basis
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate in technical disciplines; diploma will be evaluated if followed by interesting experience in similar context/role
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent analysis skills, result orientation, flexibility and initiative
- Ability to develop a strategic vision
- Excellent multi-level communication skills
- Entrepreneurship and courage and the ability to manage change
- Italian language is mandatory, fluent English is required
- National mobility is mandatory, especially in North and Central Italy
Note
- Based in Home Office (North Italy location is required)
- CCNL level: B2
- Base salary: From €33,000 gross per year (CCNL Level B2 minimum). The final offer will be determined using objective, gender-neutral criteria applied consistently across all candidates, including verified professional experience, relevant technical competencies, and the confirmed scope and responsibilities of the role.
