Key Roles and Responsibilities:- Drive sales for warehousing and contract logistics solutions by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their storage, distribution, and supply chain requirements.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service offerings related to warehousing solutions.
- Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure accurate solution design and seamless onboarding of clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct regular client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups to close deals effectively.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain sales pipelines, reports, and CRM updates on a regular basis.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments in warehousing and logistics.
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.
Requirements
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of warehousing operations, contract logistics, or supply chain solutions.
- Proven sales experience in B2B services, preferably logistics or warehousing.
- Ability to work independently with a strong ownership mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings when required.
- Laptop Mandatory
- Language skills: Hindi (Mandatory) & English (Other Languages would be an added advantage)
