Sales Opener / SDR
Job Description:
- Contacting property developers, project developers, and real estate companies by phone
- Direct communication with managing directors and sales decision-makers
- Generating interest and understanding the company’s current sales situation
- Identifying whether there is a specific need or sales potential
- Scheduling qualified appointments for follow-up consultation calls
- Consistently following up with promising contacts
- Accurately maintaining and documenting all contacts in the CRM
- Continuously improving your call performance and key metrics
- Working directly with the management team
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written German
- Enjoy making phone calls and approaching new people openly
- Confidently communicate with business owners and decision-makers
- Able to handle rejection and follow up consistently
- Listen attentively and ask effective questions
- Work in a structured and self-directed manner
- Critically evaluate your own results and strive to improve
- Ambitious and enthusiastic about sales
- Initial experience in cold calling, B2B sales, telephone sales, recruiting, real estate, or agency sales is an advantage but not required
