Key Responsibilities

Conduct client appointments by phone or through virtual meetings. Follow up consistently and maintain positive, ongoing client communication. Attend team training sessions and participate in continuous coaching. Qualifications and Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable, organized, and receptive to coaching and feedback. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote setting. Willingness to learn about the insurance industry. Ability to meet applicable state insurance licensing requirements. Previous insurance or sales experience is an advantage but is not required.
