Sales Training Lead - REMOTE

The Role and Responsibilities:
SalesWorks is looking for a fast-learning, energetic and confident individual to join our rapidly growing sales and client delivery team as a Sales Training Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and leading client workshops across sales development, account executive and customer success teams. This role requires someone with influence and a high level of business acumen who would thrive in an early stage company as they accelerate the next part of their growth trajectory.
Sales Training Lead responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Creating and building upon existing training material based on bespoke assessments of teams
- Delivering and leading client workshops both virtually and in person
- Business development of SalesWorks offering both to net new clients and existing accounts
- 1-1 Call coaching for our clients’ sales teams using Refract technology, providing recommendations and feedback to stakeholders
- Attend networking events, conferences and relevant industry events to drive new relationships
- 2 - 5 years of experience in a targeted training environment
- Strong organizational skills with ability to effectively prioritize
- Excellent communication skills - you’re a clear, concise and compelling storyteller across written, verbal and visual.
- Experience with Sales tools such as HubSpot and SalesLoft, not essential but a bonus.
- Ideally has a strong network within the sales industry
