About the Opportunity: The SALESFORCE DEVELOPER role is responsible for modernizing legacy systems by migrating and integrating them with Salesforce technologies. This position plays a key role in architecting, planning, and executing the transition to Salesforce while ensuring seamless integration with existing legacy platforms. The role contributes to the organization’s modernization efforts by providing technical expertise, supporting development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities. Responsibilities: Develop detailed solution specifications and document business rules Design and implement integrations and data models Create support guides and system design documentation Develop and modify code for new solutions and integrations Conduct unit, integration, and end-to-end testing with documentation Manage project activities including risk, schedule, communication, cost, and quality assurance Analyze legacy systems and business processes for realignment Create and manage continuous integration/deployment pipelines and release processes Conduct knowledge transfer, training, and mentoring sessions Provide post-implementation technical support and documentation Requirements: Experience with Salesforce development and integration Knowledge of legacy systems including Java, mainframe platforms, and related technologies Skills in business and technical analysis, project documentation, and architectural design Ability to develop automated tests and manage release processes Strong communication and mentoring abilities Pay Range and Compensation Package: Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
