SAP Ariba Program Manager
Job Title: SAP Ariba Program Manager | Technology Deployment & Financial Governance Location: Remote (DMV Area: DC, MD, VA) Contract Type: W2 Contract Pay Rate: $72/hr on W2—All Inclusive Contract Duration: 11 Months of contact with potential for extension or conversion to full-time About Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and support large-scale technology deployment initiatives. This role combines program management, financial oversight, vendor coordination, and stakeholder engagement to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project governance, financial forecasting, budget management, vendor relations, and enterprise technology implementations. What You'll Do: Lead and support large-scale, multi-site technology deployment projects Manage program budgets, forecasts, accruals, and financial reporting Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and delivery plans Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies Prepare executive-level status reports and program updates Ensure compliance with governance standards and project controls Partner with business stakeholders, vendors, procurement teams, and leadership Manage contract change orders, invoicing processes, and vendor performance Track project accomplishments, deliverables, and performance against established baselines Required Qualifications: 8+ years of Program/Project Management experience Experience supporting large-scale technology implementations or deployment programs Strong financial management, budgeting, and forecasting experience Experience with accrual-based accounting practices Vendor management and procurement coordination experience Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience managing project schedules and milestone tracking Required Skills: SAP Ariba Microsoft Excel (Advanced) SharePoint Budget & Financial Management Forecasting & Accruals Vendor & Contract Management Risk & Issue Management Project Scheduling & Reporting Preferred Qualifications: PMP Certification Experience with EPPM, Masterworks, or similar Project Portfolio Management tools Experience supporting enterprise technology deployments Background in capital projects, infrastructure, transportation, facilities, or large enterprise environments
