SAP Concur T&E Admin
Description We are looking for an experienced SAP Concur T& E Admin to support travel and expense operations for a client environment on a remote basis. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a detail-oriented candidate who can translate business needs into practical Concur solutions while maintaining reliable system performance and user support. The role focuses on administration, configuration, and enhancement of Concur Travel and Expense, with close attention to process efficiency, policy alignment, and technical quality. Responsibilities: Administer and maintain SAP Concur Travel and Expense modules to support daily business operations and system reliability. Gather operational needs from stakeholders and convert them into clear business requirement documentation for system updates and enhancements. Configure Concur settings, workflows, policies, and approval structures to align with organizational travel and expense requirements. Develop and support client-side scripting solutions to improve functionality, usability, and process automation within the platform. Manage configuration changes through controlled procedures, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and minimal disruption to users. Partner with business and technical teams to define implementation roadmaps for new features, process improvements, and ongoing platform optimization. Troubleshoot system issues, investigate root causes, and coordinate resolutions related to Concur Expense and Concur Travel. Provide administrative support, testing coordination, and documentation for system updates, enhancements, and related initiatives. Requirements 5+ years of experience working with SAP Concur administration, including both Concur Expense and Concur Travel. Hands-on background in client-side scripting within enterprise application environments. Proven ability to produce business requirement documents that clearly define functional and operational needs. Strong experience with configuration management and controlled deployment of system changes. Understanding of implementation planning and roadmap development for ERP or travel and expense solutions. Ability to analyze issues, recommend practical solutions, and support system improvements in a client-facing environment.
