SAP ISU Retail Location: Augusta, ME 6 MOnths Only w2 ISU-IDE,
- Provide strategic and in-depth research, analysis, and recommendations related to Customer Service business processes, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document business requirements and support compliance with applicable regulatory, operational, and internal control requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Retail Choice and Retail Access processes, including supplier-related transactions, enrollment and change activities, market requirements, exception management, and regulatory and operational support.
- Act as a liaison between the business area and technical support organizations to ensure business needs are properly documented and translated into technical requirements.
- Support business process analysis, procedure development, workflow optimization, issue resolution, testing, validation, and implementation of operational improvements.
- Support business continuity, governance, risk identification, escalation, operational reporting, and execution of departmental priorities.
- Advanced knowledge of utility Customer Service operations, SAP utility system processes, query and reporting tools, and data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
- Strong communication skills
