As a Scheduling Agent, you will be responsible for coordinating appointments, managing communications with interpreters and requesters, and ensuring smooth scheduling operations. Job Details: Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday and weekends (flexible) Two possible shifts available: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PST (with 1-hour lunch break) 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM PST (with 1-hour lunch break) Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of outbound calls to interpreters and service requesters, ensuring that appointments are scheduled accurately and in a reputed company manner. Maintain reputed company, reputed company communication with clients, vendors, and team members. Update and manage scheduling information in the CRM reputed company (reputed company experience is highly preferred). reputed company excellent customer service and support in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
