Job Description

This role focuses on organizing schedules, coordinating planning details, and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure everything runs efficiently. Responsibilities include managing calendars, maintaining accurate records, assisting with planning activities, and communicating with clients through phone, email, and chat. The position involves handling multiple tasks, updating schedules as needed, and ensuring all details remain accurate and on track. It supports a variety of coordination and planning functions across different services, requiring strong attention to detail, organization, and communication.
