Job Title : Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Coordinator (Hybrid) Duration : Contract Location : Mechanicsville, VA Interview : First Video then In Person Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support an Agile delivery team working on tolling (E-ZPass) systems. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage Azure DevOps work items, track project progress, prepare reports, and coordinate with development teams and management.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Create and maintain user stories, tasks, and work items in Azure DevOps. Track Agile metrics, project status, risks, blockers, and dependencies. Prepare dashboards, reports, meeting notes, and project documentation. Investigate issues before escalation and support continuous improvement. Coordinate with developers, the Development Manager, and cross-functional teams. Required Qualifications 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile teams. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification required. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools. Experience managing backlogs, work items, dashboards, and delivery metrics. Strong communication, documentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Experience supporting technical or software development teams.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP certification. Experience in large enterprise or government environments. Familiarity with Agile maturity and process improvement initiatives.
