We Are Legal Revolution is working discreetly with a highly regarded Am Law ranked international full service firm seeking a Senior Fund Formation Lawyer to join its Washington, DC office. This role offers direct access to sophisticated fund formation and alternative investments work for major sponsors and institutional investors, including sovereign entities. You will work closely with experienced partners, gain meaningful responsibility on complex mandates, and build a long term career on a well established international platform with strong training, mentorship, and cross border collaboration.
