Job Description
- Manage procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate logistics to ensure smooth delivery of goods and materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare reports and provide insights to support decision-making processes.

- 5+ YOE manging indirect spend categories for a manufacturing site/business.
- Experience leading MRO, CapEx, Facilities Management categories is preferred.
- Ability to execute on $40-80MM in annual spend.
- Prior experience working in a procurement function at a high caliber food & beverage manufacturing site is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to build and manage strong internal relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to build and maintain effective vendor and supplier relationships.
- Knowledge of logistics and inventory management best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 USD + 10% annual bonus
