Senior Customer Success Manager
About the Opportunity The organization is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive adoption and long-term success across a defined portfolio of strategic accounts. Serving as a trusted advisor and coach, this role consults and negotiates with C-level executives, aligns platform capabilities with strategic business goals, articulates ongoing value, and identifies opportunities for account expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer executive sponsors, ensuring all success activities directly align with strategic business goals and business cases. Establish and manage customer adoption, training, and best-practice frameworks to continually deliver incremental value and return on investment. Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to drive account expansion, customer retention, and renewals. Assess customer requirements, corporate structures, and platform adoption levels to ensure effective implementation, rollout, and ongoing feature enablement. Disseminate application and industry vertical best practices while cultivating a peer community of customers to share insights and lessons learned. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of relevant professional work experience. Experience in SaaS account management or strategy consulting. Demonstrated track record managing large, complex SaaS project implementations. Ability to navigate complex customer organizations effectively. Experience preparing and delivering highly effective executive-level presentations. Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
