Senior Customer Success Manager – Financial Services & Community Impact Specialist – Remote, Impact‑Driven Role at brighthush
About brighthush
brighthush is a fully remote, bootstrapped software company that has been empowering compliance and marketing professionals in the financial sector since 2013. Our mission is simple yet ambitious: to build the best community‑involvement software for financial institutions worldwide. By combining deep industry expertise with cutting‑edge technology, we help banks, credit unions, and fintech firms streamline their compliance workflows, enhance customer engagement, and drive measurable social impact.
Because we’re self‑funded and owner‑run, we operate with a lean, entrepreneurial mindset. There are no external investors, no quarterly pressure, and no distant boardrooms. Instead, our leadership team is hands‑on, living the values we champion every day. This autonomy fuels our culture of integrity, continuous improvement, and relentless pursuit of excellence.
Why We’re Hiring
Our customer base is growing at a rapid pace, and with that growth comes a heightened need for dedicated, empathetic, and proactive customer success professionals. We believe that the best way to serve our clients is to have a team that lives and breathes the same values they do. That’s why we’re expanding our Customer Success team – to ensure every client receives the support, training, and guidance they need to thrive.
